Installation Instructions

1. Download the appropriate file for your Operating System from the links above (Windows or Mac)
2. Launch the downloaded program. (The program is On-Demand Support from Slashtop SOS. If you receive a UAC (User Account Control) Prompt (Windows users), Click Yes to allow the program to run. 
   It may be in your Downloads folder.
3. Give the 9-digit number to the LDC technician so they may connect to your session and assist you.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
